Video cache support for Android
Cache support for any video player with help of single line
Why AndroidVideoCache? Because there is no sense to download video a lot of times while streaming! AndroidVideoCache allows adding caching support to your VideoView/MediaPlayer, ExoPlayer or any other player with help of a single line! By default AndroidVideoCache uses MD5 of video URL as the file name. But in some cases url is not stable and it can contain some generated parts (e.g. session token). In this case caching mechanism will be broken. To fix it you have to provide your own FileNameGenerator. You can add custom headers to requests with help of HeadersInjector. Note AndroidVideoCache works only with direct urls to media file, it doesn't support any streaming technology like DASH, SmoothStreaming, HLS. -

Clipboardy is a cross-platform JavaScript package for reading from and writing to the operating system clipboard. It provides asynchronous clipboard operations as well as synchronous methods where the platform supports them. Text copying and pasting works across macOS, Windows, Linux, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, Android through Termux, and modern browsers. Browser usage relies on the standard Clipboard API and therefore requires a secure context such as HTTPS. On macOS, the package also supports copying multiple image files, reading clipboard images into temporary files, and checking whether image data is present. Linux environments require an active X11 or Wayland display server rather than a headless session. The package provides one consistent interface across otherwise different operating-system clipboard implementations. -

Content aware image cropping
Image cropping is a common task in many web applications. Usually just cutting out the center of the image works out ok. It's often a compromise and sometimes it fails miserably. Smartcrop.js is the result of my experiments with content aware image cropping. It uses fairly simple image processing and a few rules to attempt to create better crops of images. This library is still in it's infancy but the early results look promising. So true to the open source mantra of release early, release often, I'm releasing version 0.0.0 of smartcrop.js. Smartcrop.js implements an algorithm to find good crops for images. It can be used in the browser, in node or via a CLI. Smarcrop requires support for Promises, use a polyfill for unsupported browsers or set smartcrop.Promise to your favorite promise implementation (I recommend bluebird). -
