This is my senior program. I have designed a 3D camera that can take still images of a scene with a given subject. The camera and objects share a common base structure, RigidBody. The camera includes a projection method so giving the view of the world from the camera. The objects are called Scene Objects and contain, in addition to Rigid Body, a Bounding Box. Differential Expression Transcript Counting Technique pipeline
A perl pipeline for identifying differentially expressed genomic regions from transcript counting experiments. The pipeline first uses a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to identify genomic regions based on the data from the experiment. During the sample counting step the pipeline removes reads which are suspected as being PCR duplicates. The differential expression analysis is currently performed using the DESeq package from Bioconductor. -
