The advantage of having a separate script for this is that you can use the same hessian to calculate frequencies for different isotopic substitutions i.e. you only have to run one nwchem calculation. ...The main operation performed is the rotation of the pictures from a folder selected by the user and then the saving of the files in another folder inside the selected one, called "Rotated". The app uses two modes for this operation, a normal, sequential mode, and a parallel mode, which makes it optimized for multi-core processors. The amount of time necessary for the execution of each mode is displayed, and then a percentage can be obtained. -

...With ns-2 Trace Toolkit, users can debug their trace files by generating histograms for: (1) node speed, (2) node x-position, and (3) node y-position. These histograms can give hits about concentration of nodes. Additionally, the tool allows users to simulate the movement of the nodes, in different modes: step-by-step and continue motion. During the simulation, the information of each node (speed and position) is shown. Finally, basic manipulation of trace files are also available in the tool. For example, users can generate a new trace file that contains the movements of a selection of nodes, or shift the positions of nodes toward the origin.
