    SBEToolbox

    SBEToolbox

Systems Biology and Evolution Toolbox (SBEToolbox).

SBEToolbox (Systems Biology and Evolution Toolbox) is being developed in MATLAB as a menu-driven UI software to determine various statistics of the biological network. Some of its features include (but not limited to) algorithms to create random networks (small-world, ring lattice etc..), deduce clusters in the network (MCL, mCode, clusterOne) etc... ******************************************************************************************************************************** PROJECT...

    mSim_npsat

Groundwater flow and transport simulation Matlab Toolbox

The code has moved to https://bitbucket.org/giorgk/msim. The version here is outdated. mSim toolbox is a suite of Matlab functions which are primarily used to simulate Non Point Source Pollution in Groundwater aquifers based on Finite element methods. The current version of mSim solves the following equations in steady state: 1) Groundwater flow equation. 2) Particle Tracking. 3) 1D Advection dispersion equation. In addition mSim provides a number of functions which assist with the pre/post-processing tasks involve in a Finite Element simulation as well as functions which are used in the Non Point Source modeling such as convolution functions etc. ...

Calculates frequencies/modes from an nwchem generated hessian

This is a simple Octave script which calculates the frequencies/normal modes from an nwchem generated hessian matrix. The advantage of having a separate script for this is that you can use the same hessian to calculate frequencies for different isotopic substitutions i.e. you only have to run one nwchem calculation. The script is finished in its current form in the sense that it is feature complete. Feel free to amend, translate, copy, steal etc. See the README in the code repository...

    Lattice Gauge Theories

Mini-research project on lattice gauge theories.

This is a project dealing with particle physics, in particular lattice gauge theories. Gauge theories are incredibly important in current theoretical research and allow for the seach of symmetries. The bulk of the project will consist on a LaTeX document that tries to explain the concepts at hand. Some MATLAB/Octave code might be used to illustrate some problems.

    Speedy Composer

Speedy Composer – Artificial Neural Network Melody Composer.

Thank you for your interest in Speedy Composer. Speedy Composer is an automated application for composing melodies for Speedy Net members. We recently made changes to the source code of Speedy Net, and converted it into the Python language and Django framework. Since Speedy Composer was originally written in PHP, it is not adapted to work with Speedy Net in its current form. So unfortunately we were forced to temporarily close the app Speedy Composer. But don't worry, we kept backups of all...

    Grand Unified Regularized Least Squares

GURLS - (Grand Unified Regularized Least Squares) is a software package for training multiclass classifiers based on the Regularized Least Squares (RLS) loss function. The initial version has been designed and implemented in Matlab. Teh current goal is to implement an object-oriented C++ version to allow for a wider distribution of the library within the open-source developers' comunity. Main functionalities already implemented are: * Automatic parameter selection. * Handle massive datasets. * Great modularity, each method can be used independently...
