This week, we’d like to highlight the following projects:

  • Fink

    Fink brings the full world of Unix Open Source software to Darwin and Mac OS X. Packages are downloaded and built automatically and installed into a tree managed by dpkg, all with full dependency tracking.

  • Tibia Auto

    Tibia Auto is the best BOT software for the popular game Tibia. It has all the features a bot should have including: cavebot, runemaker, creature info, spell casting, auto healing and much much more.

  • MPlayer for Win32

    Binary builds of MPlayer/MEncoder for win32, FFmpeg MinGW related packages and MinGW toolchains

  • JasperReports Server

    JasperReports Server is a business intelligence (BI) platform based on JasperReports Library. It is a Web and Web Services based application for reporting, data analysis (OLAP UI and server) and data integration (http://jasperforge.org).

  • NIF File Format Library and Tools

    NifTools aims to enable users to create and edit 3D models stored in the NetImmerse File Format, which is used in many popular games based on the NetImmerse/Gamebryo game engine such as Morrowind, DAoC, Freedom Force, Civ4, Oblivion, Fallout 3, …

  • The Chakra Project

    Chakra GNU/LInux is a free, user-friendly and extremely powerful liveCD and distribution using the award winning KDE SC and Plasma Desktop with a bundle system to use GTK-apps.

  • VLC media player

    VLC media player is a free and open source media player and multimedia framework written by the VideoLAN project. VLC is a portable multimedia player, encoder, and streamer supporting many audio and video codecs and file formats as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols. It is able to stream over networks and to transcode multimedia files and save them into various formats.

  • 7-Zip

    7-Zip is a file archiver with the high compression ratio. The program supports 7z, XZ, BZIP2, GZIP, TAR, ZIP, WIM, ARJ, CAB, CHM, CPIO, CramFS, DEB, DMG, FAT, HFS, ISO, LZH, LZMA, MBR, MSI, NSIS, NTFS, RAR, RPM, SquashFS, UDF, VHD, WIM, XAR, Z.
