Metro Flex is an iPhone app built by Via Transportation that provides neighborhood on-demand transit. It lets riders travel anywhere inside the service zone for the same fare as a standard bus ride, offering a convenient, short-walk pickup model rather than door-to-door service.
Requesting a ride
- Download the Metro Flex app and register an account.
- Use the app to set your current location and destination — the phone’s GPS helps select the nearest pickup corner.
- Confirm your trip; the app will show an estimated arrival time and the nearby corner where you can meet your driver.

Fare structure and transfers
