The program runs in the background — incoming messages will trigger the system tray icon to flash even when the main window is closed. Clicking the tray icon reveals new messages. If a sender uses the “Seal” option, you must press an Open button to view the sealed content. Replies are straightforward, and you can dismiss messages when finished. Note that conversation records are kept in a separate history window rather than in threaded view.
