How scanning operates

The application uses multithreaded scanning to inspect multiple locations simultaneously, improving speed and coverage. The engine traverses local directories, detects items marked as hidden (or otherwise not visible in normal file listings), and compiles a report of every discovery.

Visual legend and result colors

• Files that remain hidden are marked in black
• Executable items are highlighted in red
• Hidden folders are shown in blue
• Successfully revealed items are displayed in green
• Batches that could not be uncovered are flagged in yellow

Unhide function

• Choose one or more discovered entries from the results list
• Click the Unhide action to attempt to restore normal visibility
• Successfully made-visible files turn green; failures are indicated in yellow
