Ported Package: gnuplot

Just in case you hadn't known this yet: gnuplot, one of the most widely used scientific function/data plotting programs in the Unix world, also available on DOS, Windows and some other platforms, has been ported to MinGW32 as a native Win32 API application and is working fine ever since public release version 3.7.0. Package format may not be fulfilling the requirements as given, but that can be changed any time. So if you think you need another addition to the Package Index: feel free to add gnuplot (www.gnuplot.org).
