    This might be fixed by replacing "&" with "&".

    without URL, unable to test. Consider it a known bug since the main site http://www.mingw.org/ is not
    XHTML compatible, but is XML compatible.

    Secondary: After going to the page and hoping to see the failure, it ended up working for me (Netscape
    4.78 128bit).
