Please see attached patch.
This filter allows you to translate a project of Camtasia Studio for Windows.
The translation includes:
* Captions
* Call-out
* Other descriptive texts.

Please note that Camtasia for Apple iMac has a different project format. Currently, Techsmith (producer of Camtasia) does not support interoperability between iMac and PC versions of Camtasia.
