Have been using it close to three years now. It kicks propreitary tools' ass.

Up until about version 3.34.1.0 it was great. I just now installed version 4.3.1.2550 I could not get it to configure the same way that I did before. I used to have it send screenshots to Paint.Net but with the new version I can't no matter what I do. It seems a lot more unnecessarily complex to setup and it doesn't seem to be working correctly. I ended up removing it and installing version 3.34.1.0 back, which works fine and I got it setup in no time.

Great program, works with Windows 7, quick, and uses little memory/CPU when idle. FTP uploading can be a bit on the slow side, though.
