WANBalancer is a simple WAN balancing and failover script for managing multiple connections to the Internet.  It provides both inbound and outbound connection tracking and packet mangling, so that servers inside the firewall are accessible via their public IPs on either or both Internet connections.  Outbound connections are weighted by rated speed of the Internet connections.
