This project is long dead for obvious reasons but I still think it deserves my 5 stars. The most professional modding tool ever made. It's more professional than some other professional tools out there. SimPE is so powerful and pro that I suspect EA/Maxis used it on the latest version of The Sims 2 :D If you're looking for programmers for your company, try reaching SimPE programmers as they are true masters.
