I've found caret. It is mapped to the unshifted up-arrow key and displays as '['. Both of the keys I couldn't find are indeed mapped but they aren't referenced in the "Keys" documentation.

OS: Fedora 11 Linux; kernel 2.6.30
X11: X.org 1.6.3.901
Keyboard: Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000
X.org keyboard layout: natural7000

I have noticed two keyboard issues with sdltrs 1.0 in Model III cassette emulation:
1. No key seems to be mapped to caret ('^'). This makes it impossible to type the BASIC exponentation operator.
2. No key seems to be mapped to . This makes it necessary to exit the line editing mode (BASIC EDIT command) with . The desired behavior is to be able to hit I to insert text...
