Python script making use of Google's translation API to translate text from the commandline. It can make use of Google's language detection and can act as a filter or take input from commandline arguments or a file.
Features:
- Can use automatic language detection or specify the source language
- Can specify the dentination language (defaults to English)
- Can read from stdin or a file
- Only the translation itself is output to stdout (information and errors on stderr) so can act as a filter
