Fresh blood has been added to the team. and we now have a member to help with the administration. We here at the project would like to welcome tuxdaemon to the team.
Current work on engine support is underway. The first developer release will have the following: * ogg audio * mpeg-1 video (working towards theora support) * gamedata files * minor scripting * various graphic animation * developer console Demo release will have some base menuing, and init system. Driver subsystem will be droped untill the registry system can be completed, and various symbol/design errors are resolved.
Current developemnt continues with increasing resalts. At Present the data packaging utility is working, and the engine support for it is being worked on as we speak. We now have truetype font support thanks to the fokes at Parallel Realities.. We will soon enough had the first demo release coming up by the end of July 2005.
The site is now up, though very incomplete.
Code updated in the cvs repository.
