This is a perl program that takes an Opera Hotlist and converts it to HTML code. With most Opera hotlist files, it generates standards-compliant HTML code. It can also exclude specific folders for privacy and generate Mozilla-compatible bookmark files

The latest release now creates HTML 4.01 Strict instead of 4.01 Transitional.
