Adding constant delay of 35200 or -35200 (ms) causes the program to freeze: dialog box only half disappears, then hourglass for mouse pointer, ad infinitum.
(What I want to do is re-sync a subtitle file where I think the sub timings are correct in terms of duration of and between subs, but start too late for the specified video. i.e. not have to manually re-edit every individual sub timing)

I think we have enough buttons to create a proper main toolbar now. IMHO the menubar should contain all of the open save buttons, the player control buttons and the quick add and edit buttons. If this goes ahead I'd be happy to make some icons with photoshop provided that you give me the specifications.

Something we should consider is that it's generally conventional to put all open, close, save, import and export type options under a menu option called "File". However I equally like our straight-to-the-point menus, so this one is just for consideration.

It might be a bit more convenient if focus automatically was given to the new row when quick add is used.

I think it would be appropriate to have OSE check if a subtitle file has errors such as overlaps when saving and opening.

in the new public release, the pause shortcut in the video menu is Ctrl+S, however, Ctrl+P stops the video (in addition to starting it) and Ctrl+S does nothing.
