libarxx is a C++ archiver with advanced features, like data synchronization and merging of multiple archives. It provides an object-oriented view on a directory tree of data items and allows versioning, compressing and structuring in multiple ways.

- Removed some deprecated code from arxget. - Added pkg-support s build scripts can easily check for correct version of arxtools. - Added support for internal and external data adding in arxadd. - Added better inline adding to relations for arxadd.
To enhance the ways developers work with arxtools I added pkg-config support. This allows easy checking of the installed version in case one depends on a feature that only got available at a sepcific version. Also added better support for the --add parameter of arxadd: now you can specify the parent item by path and may omit the relation name in case "child" is used. The path directive allows inlined relation names of course.
