  2/14/08 Added ability to specify an XML file to "learn" (using -m) before compressing the main file Also, -f flag tells model to "freeze" after learning the XML file specified with -m 2/26/08 Corrected a number of bugs in the encoding, having to do with corner cases like empty attribute strings and long (>20KB) character content.
