Completely re-written application under KDE 3.1
and QT3.1.

Splash themes archives now handled through KDE's  KTar/KArchive utilility classes.

Added - but not functional yet - a checkbutton to showhide the init window at startup.

The window auto-close itself after ~10 seconds.
