Love KDiff3. The directory compare feature has come in handy a number of times.

KDiff3 is perhaps the best diff/merge tool I've ever used on Windows. Its integration into ClearCase is especially useful, seamlessly replacing the feature-starved built-in merge tool. Great features like the ability to manually align differences or make manual edits without losing the ability to do semi-automatic changes make KDiff3 a huge timesaver when compared to many other diff tools.

Very useful. But I miss some plug-in or export to html functionality, as you can found in Winmerge. Anyway, better comparisons than Winmerge in my experience.
