KDiff3 is the Industrial Strength diff tool for me. I especially like the 3 way options.

KDiff3 is perhaps the best diff/merge tool I've ever used on Windows. Its integration into ClearCase is especially useful, seamlessly replacing the feature-starved built-in merge tool. Great features like the ability to manually align differences or make manual edits without losing the ability to do semi-automatic changes make KDiff3 a huge timesaver when compared to many other diff tools.
