• estscan-3.0.3 and BTLib-0.19 have been released

  ESTScan is a program that can detect coding regions in DNA/RNA sequences. BTLib is a small footprint perl library useful for parsing, indexing, and retrieving entries from EMBL, GenBank, and SwissProt flat files. There are minor changes wrt the previous release: - BTLib now correctly translates ambiguous nucleotides when performing a reverse complement of a sequence - a crash on incorrect input was fixed in the makesmat program from the estscan package.
