Binary to Decimal Converter Files

To run this program, simply extract the .zip file to wherever you want and double-click on the 'Binary to Decimal Converter.exe' file. 

Alternatively, right click on the executable file and create a shortcut to which you can then pin to your taskbar.

Just another minor update:

	- A new, more compact layout.
	- Wider window for those who have dual-monitor setups, i.e the switch window button won't overlap the
	  program name.

	- New icon which is relative to what the program does.
	- "Please enter a binary value." reads out when you input a non-binary value.
