What an algorithm. Everything gets aligned correctly, even when the source and target language don't have the same number of segments. The interface needs working on however

I like a flexible output&input formats in this software

This program is excellent. Don't let yourself be put off by the Spartan interface. It makes better alignments than some renowned commercial products. You can even make trilingual alignments.
