Hi Henrik, Thanks for the extremely useful reply. Could I beg a little more of your knowledge? I've pretty much got everything figured out now, the only issue I have left is how the proxy server should transmit a message to the Hobbit server and have the server understand that this message is not from the proxy server but from a remote machine. For instance, if I transmit a status message from mach_a with IP_a and these are configured in bb-hosts then all works fine and the status is displayed correctly. However if I transmit a status message for mach_a and it comes from IP_b (i.e. the IP address of the proxy server) then the status text appears in the ghost list. How do I tell the Hobbit server that a message coming from IP_b is actually meant to be from IP_a? |\/|artin ************************************************************************************* The message is intended for the named addressee only and may not be disclosed to or used by anyone else, nor may it be copied in any way.
