extract the compressed file to a folder

double click on the xdm file

browser integraion dialog will appear and follow the instructions

Thanks for reporting this error.
can you please also share the following information if you encounter this problem again:
How long xdm has been running
what is the memory usage at the time of crash (use task manager ,process name xdm.exe)
Is this happens for some specific sites
screenshot of your proxy settings after exiting xdm (goto control panel->internet option->proxy->lan or dialup depending on your system)
