We are pleased to announce the release of WordNet-Similarity, version 2.04. This release includes significant upgrades to the "Similarity Server" (/utils/similarity_server.pl) that all multiple servers to be running on a single host, and provide for an easy to use Telnet interface for developing web based applications. We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.03 of WordNet-Similarity. This version includes changes to our installation procedure in order to avoid unsatisfied dependencies during automated testing. It also includes updates to the documentation, including improved examples in the synopsis section for PathFinder.pm, ICFinder.pm, GlossFinder.pm, and DepthFinder.pm. You should now be able to cut and paste these examples as you are those of the measure examples.

WordNet-Similarity version 2.02 has been released. This release fixes the "tilde bug" reported recently on the wn-similarity mailing list. Please see http://wn-similarity.sourceforge.net for more information.

WordNet-Similarity version 2.01 has been released. This is a major upgrade that provides support for WordNet 3.0. Please see http://wn-similarity.sourceforge.net for more information.

We are very pleased to announce the release of WordNet-Similarity, version
1.01. As the increment to the version number suggests, this is a major new
upgrade to the package, and marks our move to WordNet 2.1!

So, we are happy to say that we now support WordNet 2.1. :)

Please note that you must use WordNet 2.1 and WordNet-QueryData 1.39 in order to
use WordNet-Similarity 1.01. Previous versions of WordNet and/or

We are pleased to announced the availability of a significantly updated version of WordNet::Similarity. This is a package that allows you to measure the semantic similarity and relatedness of concepts found in the WordNet lexical database.
