[WiX-devs] FYI - Build 3.6.2123.0 is incomplete

I noticed this build is available on sourceforge (
http://wix.sourceforge.net/releases/3.6.2123.0/ ) but is missing Wix36.exe,
the pdbs, the source, and the binaries (file is much smaller than normal so
it's either missing stuff or is corrupt).

The feed also wasn't updated so other things may have went wrong as well.
