#398 LDAP w/user functions

The attached modified user-ldap.php file adds some
functionality to the existing user-ldap.php for user
management.

You can now add uers and update users as well as
make/remove admin status through this file to your LDAP
server.

Also includes is a sample schema that I set up...very
basic, but it includes all the attributes that
user-ldap.php uses.

I didn't want to add this to CVS until I got feedback
from other users.

This file was tested against WebCalendar v1.1 and
openLDAP ported to windows. It should work equally well
with WebCalendar v1.0.2 and lower.
