bug:

Tax Types and Rates Maintenance
add a new tax authority
edit tax rate
no tax level can be added
(btw also on existing tax authorities you can edit existing levels but
not add a new one)

currencies:

please update the included db adding Euro and taking out Deutch Marks
DM have been deprecated some years ago ;)
