It 's been like this from the beginning, I guess, but what do the 'yellow' blocks which are marked 'Compressed' mean; I don't allow Windows to compress my or its files ...
Thanks for explaining this and for a very useful, very compact, program that helps many to keep their Windows systems running quickly ;) I 'm running the 64-bit version now (on Win8.1 Pro), just updated to 6.0.3 :)

Thanks for that explanation; does show the typical mindset of Redmond that they still do what the user specifies Windows should not do ... (totally beyond your or my control).

Some files are compressed by Windows despite of you allowing it or not, these are mostly backup files of Windows updates and such.
