YOU can, in your role as administrator, but if any user were to tailor that template to suite his (or her) own needs it would be a disaster. (See my other post to Peter, aka "Will Robertson".) In this case in point my users are going to look at the new header and say "where did that come from?" and try to make it go away, to make their home pages look like they used to.
