I forgot to write, but I've already done it (I change it from TS 1.0 right after downloading package), becuase 0x10415 is Polish, which is used very rarely in Poland. We almost always use 0x415 which means Polish (programmers). I change also one more thing in TS (in /base/etc/init.d/network_script): I change the line: route add default gw $router to: route add default gw xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is my gateway address, because dillo can't connect to any addrress, like TS isn't getting address from conf's NET_GATEWAY correctly.
