Hiya, after finding fixes for my first two problems I have two new questions :) - can someone point me to a howto for building lss files? I played around with the tools from the syslinux distribution and google found these two links: http://www.zytor.com/pipermail/syslinux/2002-January/000011.html http://www.zytor.com/pipermail/syslinux/2002-January/000010.html I can't get it to work with the above information... I created a 640x400 gif and after doing the conversion (gif->pbm->lss) the bootscreen turns black... this lss stuff is really painfull, any thoughts or hints? - I can't hear any sound on my thinclient. I've build a initd.gz with emu10 support and the kernel detects the sb live cleanly during the boot process. Looking in the windows controlpanel/sound the Citrix audio device is also visible. Problem is I can't hear a thing. Is there any easy way to debug sound or manipulate the volume (maybe it's just not loud enough)? Again it works with windows and the windows ica client on the same box, I have no clue how I can take on this problem. The box is an old ECS K6-233 with 64MB, onboard ATI Rage II, 3905C-TX-M and the mentioned orginal SB Live. kind regards, Dirk __________________________________________________________________ Gesendet von Yahoo!
