[Thinstation-general] Creating networkmanager-openconnect package

The networkmanager-openconnect plugin package I am creating needs
/share/gnome-vpn-properties/openconnect/nm-openconnect-dialog.ui but
placing that in the root of the package does not place it in the built
filesystem. How do I get it there?

Also, why cant I edit/create/modify settings in the NetworkManager VPN GUI?
Some options are disabled or greyed out including the save button.
