#695 distributed spec files point at wrong schema location

We need to add a process (to the release procedures) where we replace the schema URLs of the spec files with stable ones.
Currently, those files (e.g. ab.xml) point at http://tei.it.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/xml/tei/odd/p5.nvdl which is fine when working with trunk. But when we create a release these references should be made static and point at the appropriate schema version from the Vault.

This has already been done, changed to ../../p5.nvdl.
