The readmes as they appear on the website look pretty bad:

Tweaks needed to XSLT and/or CSS.

    This what comes of not dynamically rendering the XML ... if we really can't integrate that into the process, then the static conversion should invoke the right CSS file at least.

    Producing this file is the job of the release technician anyway, so shouldnt the ticket be assigned to James as council chair?
