[Supertuxkart-devel] menu background image

A while ago i posted an atempt at a new background image for the menu. 
People generally liked it, but it was decided against committing since 
we planned a bug-fix release. Since that release won't happen anymore, i 
just commited it. I was sort of sick with the blue background, hopefully 
the new one will be lighter on the eys ^^ It's not intended to be a 
permanent change or a definite style, more an incremental improvement. 
Feedback welcome as always of course.
