[sumo-user] Simulation Output Data Processing

Hi there!

I've got a few question regarding the output of a simulation.

1.) Is it possible to visualize a simulation later-on using the GUISIM, 
the net and the netstate output files? Because during a simulation, I 
can't use guisim.
2.) Is there a script e.g. that can convert the netstate file into 
something, that can be analyzed easier, e.g. an excel sheet?
3.) If I view the emissions file, I find lots of these entries whith 
meanTravelTime=-1. Is that because these vehicles haven't yet left the 
simulation?
