[Squirrel-sql-users] Is it possible to drag column names into SQL source or copy/paste them?

When I start dragging column names from the results, they simply change places with the others.
When I copy, a row is copied.
Is there a way to quickly include some column names from either results or objects other than by switching to meta-data, double-clicking a column name, selecting name, copying, closing edit dialogue and pasting? Sorry, but this is a very long sequence of clicking and typing for such a rudimentary often-repeated task.

If the object tree was visible simultaneously with SQL (as aliases/drivers could be), the program would have been more user-friendly. Separate tab for the objects is good, but could we get an option to see the objects an SQL at the same time as in MS Sql studio?
