[Spirit-general] semantic actions and std::set

Hello,

Forgive me if this is an overworn question, but the docs don't really 
make it clear:

Which predefined semantic action is appropriate for insertion into a 
std::set?  Based on the documentation, it would seem that none of the 
associative container actors would work with std::set, because they all 
insert value types of the form:   vt(value,value_ref) or vt(key,value).

I'm assuming that such a predefined actor exists, but I can't tell what 
it is.

Any help would be appreciated.
