Hi Wendy, I believe you closed the program without actually applying the changes. To apply the changes you need to click the apply button on the toolbar (green play button) or click Tools->Apply Changes. What you will need to do is first open the configuration you saved ("Template 2-08.ini"), click on Tools->Apply Template. A dialog will tell you what it is about to do, click 'Continue'. And last but not least, click Tools->Apply Changes, and your start menu should now be organized the way you want. The File->Save As command will only save the loaded template to a file so you can load it again at a later time. It does not actually make any changes to the start menu. File->Save Configuration will create a new template based on the current state of your start menu. Come to think of it, if you had made any changes by dragging and dropping items, it's probably lost (sorry!). I hope things are clear now, I'll try to make things more straightforward in the program.
