It would be great if there was a way to open a pdf document at a named destination, i.e. document.pdf#nameddest as explained here: http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/acrobat/PDFOpenParameters.pdf

It would be most useful if this also worked to revert a document and move it to a named destination (this would make it possible to correctly use Skim.app with whizzytex).

This is not supported by Apple's PDFKit.
