#987 Crop does not save results

A PDF file can be successfully cropped (Tools: cmd K, or alt cmd K, or ctl cmd K), thus the PDF includes only eg. the picture and not the white space boundaries, but neither saving (eg. as new file) nor exporting works like expected - omitting the white space region.

What is strange under Mavericks: Immediately after saving the file, it looked like the operation was successful, but shortly after that, the PDF is visible again in the original format.

The attached files shows the PDF before and after (b) the crop operation.

That's not a bug. This is really old.
