Two monitors with auto reload on file update is a bit wonky under Mavericks dual monitor setup.

Namely, if you have the application on a secondary monitor, when you update the PDF the PDF then appears to reload on your main monitor and then "moves" to the secondary monitor. This results in the size of the PDF window changing; namely, if the secondary monitor is larger than the primary and the PDF window was as initially as large as the secondary screen, after reloading it will be as small as the primary screen.

There is noting we can do about this. This happens behind our back by the system. We don't do anything with the window frame on reload, we only update the content. Apple does not give us any control to override this.
