Support Incident Tracker (SiT!) v3.23 - Released

We're proud to announce the release of Support Incident Tracker version 3.23.

This is a recommended upgrade for all SiT users since it contains a number of security enhancements and a fair number of bug fixes. The main new features for this release are user roles, removed requirement for 'register_globals' to be on, improved site-incidents page with charts, and the ability to relate incidents. See the changelog for a full list of what has changed. Existing users should read the doc/UPGRADE file before upgrading.
