[sdcc-devel] initialised structures

char *str1="str1";
code char *str2="str2";

struct {
  uchar *name;
  uchar *format;
} code typeNames[]={
  {str1, str2},
  {"str3", "str4"}
};

did very strange things. All but str2 were converted to far pointers. Now al
least str3 and str4 are converted to code pointers and a warning is thrown
for str1.

Also made some progress in line number reporting, but the above examples
shows it still isn't perfect.
